Shipping:
All orders are packed within 1-2 business days. The shipping schedule is based on postal and federal holidays. Packages are shipped to your entered address at checkout in your website account. We ship through USPS and once shipped, the order will take 3-5 business days to deliver. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $199.00
Matt’s Dugout is not responsible for packages that become lost, delayed, or damaged while in the possession of the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipper. If merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment, you must contact the shipper.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping includes shipments to the continental United States via United States Postal Service USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you prefer other shipping methods, expedited service, or special handling, please contact MATTSDUGOUT@GMAIL.COM. Other fees and charges will apply.
Coverage: Shipping insurance is available upon request as per USPS or specified shipper guidelines. Your package will not be insured unless you purchase shipping insurance. Contact MATTSDUGOUT@GMAIL.COM for a quote on insurance for your order.
International Shipping:
We Do not offer international shipping currently. We highly recommend creating an account with Ship My Cards. This is the only way we can ship international. Using Ship My Cards will provide you better access to your cards as well as give you the ability to determine the customs value of the cards you receive. All international customers will be responsible for Customs and VAT fees. This will all be handled with Ship MY Cards.
